Seit Anfang der achtziger Jahre beschäftige ich mich auch mit der Komplettsanierung alter Objekte, in der Regel denkmalgeschützt, egal aus welcher Zeit- und Stilrichtung. Sanieren heist eine Symbiose aus neuesten Techniken und Materialien unter Einbringung stilgerechter Details und alter Baustoffe herzustellen. Sanieren erfolgt mit viel Herzblut.

Desde principios de los años ochenta trabajo, también, en parte de reformas de todo tipo de casas de vecindad y épocas de estilo. Una reforma es un combinación con las tecnologías/materiales más nuevos de construcción y materiales de construcción viejos según detalles de esta época. Reformar es un trabajo con sangre de corazón.

Since the beginning of the eigthies, I am working also in the part of rehabilitations from old houses. All kind of stiles and century, normally listed objects. For a good rehabilitation you have to design a good combination of the latest construction technology/materials and old construction material with original details of this time. For an good work you need heartblood.
