Als Baubetreuer übernehme ich für Sie auf Wunsch die komplette Realisierung Ihres Bauvorhabens, angefangen mit der Planung, über die Erarbeitung der Ausschreibungen, Vergabe und Bauleitung bis hin zur schlüsselfertigen Erstellung. Sach- und Fachkompetenz, eine langjährige Mallorcaerfahrung im Ein- und Mehrfamilienhausbau auf höchstem Niveau, sowie viel Liebe zum Detail, stehen ihnen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung.

Como director de obra me asumo la realización completa del proyecto de construcción, empezando con la planificación , la dirección de la obra, con una presencia diaria en la obra hasta entrada de la llave al contratista. Pongo a disposición de mis clientes mi pericia y mi conocimiento técnico ganados en una experiencia profesional de años de trabajo en Mallorca en el sector de la construcción nueva y reformas a nivel alto así como mucho amor al detalle.

As your Projectmanager I take over the complete realization off the construction projects, starting with the planning, following the construction supervision with the daily job-site inspections, until the hand-over of keys to the builder. I place at the disposal my principals the professional qualification and compentence gained in a work experience of many years in Mallorca in the sector of new building and reforming on an upscale level, as well al of dedication to the detail.
